اگر Offline Help اتوکد کار نکرد چه کنیم؟

اول باید مسیر باز کردن آفلاین Help درست باشد دوم باید از option و system کزینه access online help when available را غیرفعال کرد.

 

AutoCAD Offline Help fails to launch after installation

The path in AutoCAD's Options is not directed to the appropriate folder for the Help files.

Solution:
Correct the path to the AutoCAD Help folder:
Determine the path to the AutoCAD Help folder (default is C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2015 Help\English\Help).
Within AutoCAD, open up Options and click the Files tab.
Expand "Help and Miscellaneous File Names" and then "Help Location."
Paste in the correct path to the Help folder.

Solution:
At the command line in AutoCAD, type OPTIONS and then click the System tab.
Disable Access online content when available and click OK.

در صورتی که این خطا مشاهده می شود باید دقیقا به روش زیر عمل کرد:

Causes:

• Unstable internet connection.
• Corrupted On-Demand Installation Service (ODIS) installation.
• Antivirus/Firewall/Proxy/ VPN (Virtual Private Network) preventing ODIS component to reach out to the Internet. 

 

Remove a potential corrupted ODIS installation:

1. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AdODIS\V1.
2. Run "RemoveODIS.exe" as Administrator.
3. Download and install the latest version of ODIS from this link.
4. Run the product install again

Install the software preventing the ODIS installer from automatically updating:

To prevent the update to happen and install the software with the ODIS shipped with the installer follow the steps below:

1. Type “cmd” on the Start Windows button. 
2. Open the Command Prompt (cmd) as Administrator.
3. Type a command like the following (the part in “bold” can change according to the software you are trying to install and the related path on C:\Autodesk\…) and press Enter:

cd C:\Autodesk\AutoCAD_2022_English_Win_64bit_dlm\

4. Type the command below and press Enter:

Setup.exe --noupdate
