اول باید مسیر باز کردن آفلاین Help درست باشد دوم باید از option و system کزینه access online help when available را غیرفعال کرد.

AutoCAD Offline Help fails to launch after installation

The path in AutoCAD's Options is not directed to the appropriate folder for the Help files.

Solution:
Correct the path to the AutoCAD Help folder:
Determine the path to the AutoCAD Help folder (default is C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2015 Help\English\Help).
Within AutoCAD, open up Options and click the Files tab.
Expand "Help and Miscellaneous File Names" and then "Help Location."
Paste in the correct path to the Help folder.

At the command line in AutoCAD, type OPTIONS and then click the System tab.
Disable Access online content when available and click OK.
